Something doesn't compute
Dear Editor: Regarding the June 24 article "Many Israelis are feeling little sympathy for Gazans," can you really expect Israelis to feel sympathy for people who overwhelmingly support the October 7 massacre, particularly while Hamas is still holding more than a hundred Israelis (and others) hostage and has apparently murdered most of them? Meanwhile, the Israeli government, invariably called extreme right wing, has been transferring massive amounts of food and other aid to those very same people in Gaza even while Hamas keeps stealing most of it. Israel keeps adding more crossings, even while Egypt is refusing to send aid into Gaza and Hamas keeps attacking the crossings Israel has set up along with the Israelis working to send that aid to Gaza. Something doesn't compute. Meanwhile, how much sympathy are the people in Gaza feeling for the Israelis they so barbarically attacked?
